Responsibilities:
· Define, review, and assess requirements for the SUS NextGen project
· Update/Create conceptual, business, and logical and physical architecture artifacts in readiness for enterprise architecture governance decisions.
· Perform detailed analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with appropriate OPS, industry and international standards on security, privacy and accessibility
· Define the structure and relationship among applications, including the identification of re- usable components, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces.
· Provide consultative and advisory services to technical team to identify solution technologies, provide status updates and progress reports to project manager
· Produce business and technical documentation
Required Skills:
· Knowledge and understanding of application and technology architecture definition and integration needs related to shared infrastructure and middleware
· Experience and knowledge in providing logical and physical level technology analysis at both the architectural and design level of systems implementation.
· Hands on Experience with API Gateway, API routing, APIs, REST services and integrations
· Hands on experience with Cloud services, CICD and the DevOPS lifecycle
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in the development of internet / intranet applications of enterprise-wide large, medium, or small size, multi-platform, n-tier, multi component applications
· Extensive experience providing application and security architecture for complex enterprise- wide projects
· Demonstrated experience in OPS Gating processes and knowledge of GO-ITS standards
· Knowledge of Zachman's Architecture Framework and creation of checkpoint artifacts
· Knowledge of OOD models using UML notations (Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, State Transition Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams)
· Experience in producing business and technical documentation
· Experience in producing support documentation and agreements

Cloud Development and Design Skills - 30%
Demonstrated experience with CICD pipeline development methodologies

5+ years of experience in the development of internet/intranet applications of enterprise-wide large, medium or small size, multi platform, n-tier, multi component applications
5+ years’ of demonstrated competency and experience in implementing physical infrastructure environments and integrating IBM WebSphere process server, WebSphere Application Server, and Oracle DB
Demonstrated experience with AODA
Enterprise Security Solution & Java Application Development - 10%
5+ years’ of experience in enterprise application development focused around the use of features such as SOA, Service BUS, Identity service, Single Sign On, Digital Identity, Identity Access management, communication, interface, Omni-channel design, access control, web services, JAVA, J2EE, SAML, and J2EE security
Demonstrated experience with providing application and security architecture for complex enterprise-wide projects
Demonstrated architecture experience with business process management applications, specifically with Java / BPEL
BPS Experience - 5%
Experience with the Public Sector Enterprise Architecture Approval process (ACT / ARB) and the Public Sector IT gating process
Knowledge of the MGCS support organization and ITSM processes adopted in Public Sector including standards, process and procedures
